I take an educational approach when it comes to training and teaching my clients.


My ultimate goal is to equip you with all the knowledge and tools necessary to enable you to achieve your goals. I have many client transformations to attest to the effectiveness of my training methods.

Personal Training Sessions

My first focus is to educate you in how to perform exercises correctly, â€‹once you are proficient at all the movements required for your current program I will then look at your performance.


I will introduce advanced techniques and exercises to ensure you are consistently progressing towards your goal.

Nutrition

The world of nutrition and dieting is a confusing minefield of conflicting views, I will provide you with all the guidance you need from simple food swaps right through to tailored macronutrient and calorie numbers. These numbers will be based on your BMR, LBM, total caloric expenditure, activity factors, body type and fitness goals.

We are all unique and at different places in our journeys and my recommendations will reflect that. 

 

Rather then give you rigid diet plans to adhere to I will help you to learn the skills required to intuitively eat for your goals. 

​

I strongly believe to achieve long term success it is important for every client to have the skills to construct meals and make informed food choices on their own. 

Exercise Programs

You will receive a personalised program that changes as you do. Never feel lost with your training again, I will program everything for you. 

​

If you are more experienced we will use advanced programming aimed at maximising your performance and training efficiency.


I will consider everything from periodisation, sports specific exercise, training phase, goals, sporting events (peaking) and more.


You can rest assured all your programming will be optimised perfectly for you.

Weekly Check-ins & Support

I will check-in with you weekly and you have direct access to me to answer any questions you may have.

Weekly check-ins are anything from a quick message to say everything is on track and going well, to a phone call to help you through any struggles or road blocks you may have encountered. 

​

I'm invested in you and don't put a time constraint on check-ins.
