I’m a personal trainer based at Arden Studio in Medway, with over 10 years of experience helping people build strength, improve fitness, and grow in confidence.
My approach goes beyond workouts alone. I focus on creating structured, sustainable progress through strength training, mobility work, practical nutrition support, and clear accountability.
