These oats are packed with energy and a plethora of vitamins and minerals. The chia seeds give you bundles of energy and are packed with plant based Omega-3 fatty acids. Simply pop all the ingredients in a jar in the fridge for overnight oats.

Ingredients
1/3 cup Rolled Oats (porridge oats)
1 Tbs Chia seeds
300 ml Soy Milk (or Almond)
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Medium Apple (Sliced)
1 Tbs Jam
Method
Heat the oil over a medium heat.
Saute the apple for 2 min and stir in the cinnamon.
Stir in the milk, oats and chia seeds, cook for 5-7 min stirring constantly.
Pour into a bowl and add Jam. (Nuts sprinkled on top is quite nice also)
